today i did really really bad on balancing out my eating. normally, if i eat one bad thing, ill balance it out by eating salads and fruits and veggies the rest of the day. and honestly, ive been really good about going out to eat and making healthy choices. today i didnt eat till 8 or so. i went to taco bell, got THREE tacos. then i got an order of fries from burger king. and i had mountain dew....
